T-Mobile demonstrated 4.3 Gbps mmWave throughput on a standalone 5G core in late 2024.

    March 20, 2026, 10:02 AM EDT. India's benchmark indices closed higher on March 20, 2026. The BSE Sensex rose 0.44% to 74,533 points, and the NSE Nifty gained 0.49% to 23,114. Strong buying in IT, PSU banks and metal stocks buoyed the market despite fuel price hikes and geopolitical tensions in West Asia. Top gainers included Tech Mahindra (3.30%), Tata Steel (3.29%) and Infosys (2.88%), while Hindalco (-2.55%) and HDFC Bank (-2.23%) led declines. Brent crude oil climbed 1.88% to $110.7 a barrel amid the Israel-Iran conflict. Market breadth was positive with 2,458 stocks rising, reflecting relief-driven buying amid volatile conditions.
