Qualys stock slides nearly 13% after Q4 beat as 2026 outlook cools the mood

Qualys shares dropped 12.7% to $111.62 Friday after the company forecast 2026 revenue growth of 7% to 8%, below last year’s 10%. The cybersecurity firm reported fourth-quarter revenue of $175.3 million and raised its share buyback program by $200 million. RBC and Truist trimmed price targets.
