Lottery.com stock slips premarket after $1.7 million offering and $150 million loan exit

Lottery.com shares fell 11% to $1.62 in premarket trading Wednesday, following a 42% surge the previous day. The company raised $1.7 million by selling 2.45 million shares at $0.70 each in a registered direct offering. Lottery.com also withdrew from two financing deals, including a $150 million loan agreement with United Capital Investments London. Shares outstanding will rise to about 11.7 million after the offering.
