Trading volume came in strong, more than twice the 65-day average, but the stock is still trading under Nasdaq's $1 minimum. The rollout includes an initial Phase I commitment of up to $62 million for tech and platform buildout-about 18 times recent quarterly revenue of $3.416 million. Datavault still has to line up funding and finalize deal terms. For Nasdaq compliance, DVLT stock has to close above $1 for 10 straight days by August 2026, a hurdle at these prices.
