Everpure Inc. shares closed at $78.16 Friday, with Wall Street’s 12-month target at $93.21. The company will report fiscal Q1 2027 results on May 27, its first since rebranding from Pure Storage and adopting the NYSE ticker “P.” Everpure last posted Q4 revenue up 20% to $1.1 billion and forecast Q1 revenue of $990 million to $1.01 billion. CEO Charles Giancarlo warned of sharply higher input costs since mid-2025.
