Envirotech Vehicles shares jumped 84% Tuesday after a 442% surge Monday, trading as high as $4.75. AZIO AI, its proposed merger target, announced a $107 million government GPU order. Envirotech has moved its shareholder meeting to Jan. 20 as deal paperwork is expected. The merger remains non-binding and subject to final agreement.
