InsuranceDekho's parent picked HSBC Holdings Plc, Morgan Stanley, ICICI Securities Ltd., and IIFL Capital Services Ltd. to advise on its planned India IPO, according to people familiar. The share sale could raise about $400 million. The advisers will work on pricing, regulatory sign-off, and allocation, as InsuranceDekho moves to public markets to raise cash for growth in India's insurance aggregation market.
