Ondas hikes 2026 revenue target to $180 million as preliminary 2025 sales jump ahead of OAS investor day

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Jan 16, 2026, 09:58 EST

  • Ondas lifts 2026 revenue target to $170 million-$180 million from $140 million
  • Company sees Q4 2025 revenue of $27 million-$29 million; full-year 2025 revenue of $47.6 million-$49.6 million
  • Estimated backlog at end-2025 rises to $65.3 million; pro-forma cash exceeds $1.5 billion

Ondas Inc on Friday raised its 2026 revenue target to $170 million to $180 million and flagged a sharp pickup in late-2025 sales ahead of an investor day focused on its autonomous systems unit.

The update lands as Ondas tries to prove it can scale beyond a deal-driven growth story into a steadier defense-and-security robotics business. Management is due to outline its 2026 plan in a virtual presentation scheduled for 10 a.m. Eastern time.

The company is pointing investors to two near-term markers: orders and cash. Ondas estimated backlog — unfilled orders it expects to ship later — at $65.3 million at Dec. 31, and said its pro-forma cash balance, an as-adjusted figure that factors in a recent financing, exceeded $1.5 billion.

Ondas said it expects fourth-quarter 2025 revenue of $27.0 million to $29.0 million, which it called 51% above its prior target. For the full year, it forecast revenue of $47.6 million to $49.6 million, 23% above its earlier goal.

Its prior targets for the quarter and the full year included a $3 million to $4 million contribution from Roboteam, which closed in December, the company said.

Shares were up about 7% in early trade, while a MarketScreener headline cited a FactSet revenue estimate of $15.9 million for the quarter.

Ondas said the new 2026 target is 25% above its previous $140 million goal, which included $30 million attributable to Roboteam.

But the company stressed the 2025 figures are preliminary and unaudited, and it expects to report full results in March. It also warned that its targets are forward-looking and could change as it completes year-end closing work.

In a separate filing, the company said it changed its corporate name from Ondas Holdings Inc. to Ondas Inc., effective Friday.

Ondas sells autonomous drones and counter-drone systems through its Ondas Autonomous Systems unit and private wireless broadband equipment through Ondas Networks, according to the company.

TipRanks cited Stifel analyst Jonathan Siegmann as saying a $1 billion investment by a single institutional investor “runs directly counter to that view,” referring to skepticism he said he hears about the stock. https://www.tipranks.com/news/ondas-onds-s…
