Vivakor previously reported yearly activity at about $709 million three days ago. The newest update boosts that total by approximately 54%.
The margin outweighs the contract total in importance. Based on last year’s pace, similar activity would result in approximately $2.17 million—exceeding the latest margin threshold by $1.32 million.
Trading volumes jumped after a 1-for-20 reverse split took effect on July 17. Vivakor stated the measure aimed to maintain its Nasdaq listing.
Risks: As of March 31, Vivakor faced a working-capital shortfall of $54 million and significant doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. The company’s funding arrangements feature $15 million in convertible-note principal and a $100 million equity line, which presents potential dilution risk. Volatility in commodities or failing to meet volume targets could also reduce stated activity.
The following test begins August 1. Investors require realized volume and gross profit in addition to contract value.
