NEW YORK, January 1, 2026, 09:22 ET — Market closed Predictive Discovery Ltd said Robex Resources shareholders voted 94.54% in favour of the companies’ proposed merger, clearing a key condition for the all-share deal, an exchange filing showed. “We are delighted with the strong support shown by Robex shareholders for the Transaction,” CEO and Managing Director Andrew Pardey said, adding the combined group expects production of more than 400,000 ounces of gold a year by 2029.
