CapitaLand Investment stock slips from 52-week high as Feb 11 results loom
CapitaLand Investment shares fell 0.65% to S$3.06 by 3:09 p.m. in Singapore, after touching a 52-week high of S$3.11 earlier Monday. CapitaLand India Trust raised its second-half DPU by 22% to S$0.039 and reported a 9% rise in net property income to S$111.3 million. CapitaLand Investment’s FY2025 results are due Feb 11. The company also announced a minority stake in The Clementi Mall.
