Azul set to return to NYSE June 1; Veris departure confirmed

Azul S.A. will move its American depositary shares to NYSE American on June 1 under the ticker AZUL, leaving OTC Markets. Veris Residential Inc. has stopped trading on the NYSE after a $3.5 billion buyout by Affinius Capital and Vista Hill Partners. Veris has been delisted and removed from major S&P indexes.
