London, March 2, 2026, 07:47 GMT — Premarket Ashtead Group plc is set to disappear from the London Stock Exchange at Monday's opening bell, with its shares being removed following a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement. The equipment rental company said the scheme is now effective. Trading in shares of the new Delaware-based parent, Sunbelt Rentals Holdings, is scheduled to kick off in London at 0800 GMT, then debut on the New York Stock Exchange at 1430 GMT.

Ashtead share price: SEC Form 10 filing starts countdown to Sunbelt’s NYSE debut

London, Jan 28, 2026, 09:40 GMT — Regular session Ashtead Group shares held steady at 5,034 pence by 0940 GMT on Wednesday, after dropping about 1.3% in the previous session. Its U.S. unit, Sunbelt Rentals, has filed a Form 10 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, set to become effective Feb. 26. This comes just ahead of a UK court-approved scheme of arrangement scheduled for Feb. 27. Ashtead confirmed that the NYSE has approved Sunbelt’s listing under the ticker “SUNB,” with trading on both the NYSE and London Stock Exchange expected to start March 2. The Form 10 submission includes U.S. GAAP financials for the three years ending April 30, 2025, and the six months ending Oct. 31, 2025.
