Broadcom stock dips today after CEO Hock Tan’s $34.6 million share-sale filing
Broadcom shares fell 0.8% to $349.39 in early U.S. trading Tuesday after CEO Hock Tan disclosed a sale of 100,000 shares for tax payments, worth about $34.6 million. The sale was reported in a regulatory filing dated Dec. 23. Investors are also awaiting Federal Reserve minutes later in the day. Trading volumes remain light in the holiday-shortened week.
