Winbond stock tumbles 8% at the open as Taiwan’s memory trade turns choppy again
Winbond shares fell 8.2% to T$118.0 in early Taipei trading Monday, reversing part of last week’s rally. Foreign investors were net sellers over the past five sessions. Macronix dropped 7.9%, while Nanya Technology rose 9.9%. Winbond will hold its Q4 investor briefing on Feb. 10.
