The tech investor, based in Italy, priced 58 million shares at $29. It drew in $1 billion for the company and the rest went to selling shareholders. The stock jumped 41% at the open, pushing Bending Spoons' value to $25.5 billion. Started in 2013, the firm buys up troubled tech names and uses AI to revive them. Bending Spoons posted $601 million revenue in Q1 2026 and $27.5 million net, with $4.4 billion in debt. The new cash is marked for more deals as the IPO window reopens after SpaceX's listing.
