Każdy lot dronem w Wietnamie wymaga licencji na lot wydawanej przez Ministerstwo Obrony Narodowej; wyjątkiem są drony poniżej 250 g używane rekreacyjnie, które mogą latać bez pozwolenia pod warunkiem spełnienia zasad.
