Wielka nowelizacja prawa dronowego w Wietnamie 2025: Kompletny przewodnik po nowych zasadach, pozwoleniach i strefach zakazu lotów

Każdy lot dronem w Wietnamie wymaga licencji na lot wydawanej przez Ministerstwo Obrony Narodowej; wyjątkiem są drony poniżej 250 g używane rekreacyjnie, które mogą latać bez pozwolenia pod warunkiem spełnienia zasad. Wietnam nie prowadzi ogólnej rejestracji dronów w bazie danych; najważniejsze jest uzyskanie zezwolenia na każdy lot, a drony rządowe/porządkowe są zwolnione z licencji i rejestracji.
