(NASDAQ: GP) said it missed the June 29, 2026 deadline to file its Canadian annual audited statements, leading the British Columbia Securities Commission to issue a cease trade order. The CTO only affects trading in Canada, while GreenPower shares still trade on Nasdaq. The company blamed last-minute issues getting filings done and said it's working with auditors to meet the U.S. July 31, 2026 deadline. Once GreenPower files in Canada, the CTO will end.
