(NASDAQ: GP) said it missed the June 29, 2026 deadline to file its Canadian annual audited statements, leading the British Columbia Securities Commission to issue a cease trade order. The CTO only affects trading in Canada, while GreenPower shares still trade on Nasdaq. The company blamed last-minute issues getting filings done and said it's working with auditors to meet the U.S. July 31, 2026 deadline. Once GreenPower files in Canada, the CTO will end. GreenPower makes electric vehicles for transit, school, and cargo markets.
