Shares in MobilityOne Limited soared 37% to 12p following shareholder approval for the merger between Technology & Telecommunication Acquisition Corporation (TETE) and Super Apps. The merger unlocks around £10.26 million in cash payments to MobilityOne's Malaysian subsidiary, M1 Malaysia, including £6.8 million payable within 14 days after completion and £3.4 million within 180 days. MobilityOne will spin off part of its electronic voucher business into a new unit, OneShop Retail, targeting $125 million revenue in 2026. Achieving this target could lead to additional shares valued at £3.4 million issued to MobilityOne by the combined Super Apps entity.
