Moov Africa Gabon Telecom and Airtel Gabon control the mobile market, both offering 2G/3G/4G but no 5G. Airtel Gabon received the first non-incumbent fixed-line license in January 2025 and announced a 208 km fiber link between Libreville and Port-Gentil. Starlink is expected to launch in Gabon in 2025.
