Korte to its board as independent directors. By 1:48 p.m. EST, the stock climbed 7.1% to $105.19, bouncing back from Friday’s close at $98.20. Throughout the session, the shares swung between $95.55 and $105.27. Board chair Rex Geveden expressed enthusiasm about bringing Dan and Ryan on board, while CEO Edwin Roks said he was “energized to lead TTM into the future.”
