Robinhood launches $695 Platinum credit card — and HOOD is taking aim at AmEx
Robinhood Markets launched an invite-only Platinum credit card priced at $695 a year, targeting high-income customers. The card, unveiled at the company’s “Take Flight” event, is part of a broader rollout of family finance tools. HOOD shares fell about 2% in late U.S. trading. A BofA analyst called the move an “incremental negative” for American Express.
