Maksymalna dozwolona wysokość lotu to 120 m, a loty wyżej wymagają specjalnego pozwolenia. Grzywny za naruszenia sięgają 40 mln dongów, możliwa jest też konfiskata sprzętu i deportacja. Od 15 czerwca 2025 działa oficjalna mapa stref zakazu lotów.
