The move cut MARA’s outstanding convertible debt by about 30%. Bitcoin fell nearly 4%, while rival miners Riot Platforms and CleanSpark dropped over 6%. MARA reported a $1.7 billion net loss for Q4 as energy costs surged and digital asset values declined.
