The deal follows new U.S. licenses easing sanctions and includes technical partnerships with VEPICA, KBR, and Baker Hughes. Dragon holds about 4.5 trillion cubic feet of gas. Atlantic LNG in Trinidad shipped 9 million metric tons in 2025, below its 12 million capacity.
