ServiceNow stock edges higher into year-end as $7.75 billion Armis deal stays in focus
ServiceNow shares closed up 0.8% at $153.89 Friday after the company agreed to acquire cybersecurity firm Armis for $7.75 billion in cash. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026 and will be funded with cash and debt. ServiceNow also amended CEO William McDermott’s contract to run through 2030.
