Heating oil price pops again as distillate stocks swing; traders brace for jobs data
NY Harbor ULSD futures rose 2.8 cents to $2.1476 a gallon premarket, with February contracts up 4.54% at $2.1501. U.S. distillate stocks climbed to 129.273 million barrels last week, led by gains on the East Coast. WTI crude added 49 cents to $58.25 a barrel, Brent up 54 cents to $62.53. Traders are watching Iran unrest and Venezuelan supply risks ahead of key U.S. jobs data and the next EIA report.
