Exxon Mobil stock dips from 52-week high as oil slides; what to watch before XOM earnings
Exxon Mobil shares slipped 0.2% to $133.34 in midday New York trading Thursday, retreating from a 52-week high set Wednesday. Oil prices fell about 2% after U.S. crude inventories rose by 3.6 million barrels last week, according to EIA data. Exxon’s quarterly earnings are due Jan. 30.
