Sandisk will report fiscal second-quarter results on Jan. 29, 2026, after shares fell 1.2% to $237.38 in thin after-hours trading. The company recently posted first-quarter revenue of $2.31 billion and forecast second-quarter revenue of $2.55–$2.65 billion.
