Chevron was down 4.4% at $156.54 and Exxon fell 3.4% to $121.05, while ConocoPhillips dropped 2.2% to $97.11; Brent was down 0.6% at about $60.35 a barrel and U.S. WTI fell 0.9% to roughly $56.61.
