  • Seanergy Maritime (SHIP) sets terms for €100M bond issue in Athens
    July 8, 2026, 5:48 PM EDT. Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. priced a €100 million unsecured bond with a 4.90% coupon due July 2031. Trading on Euronext Athens' Fixed Income segment is set to start July 13, 2026. The company plans to use the money for vessel acquisitions, both new and second-hand, and for overall corporate purposes. CEO Stamatis Tsantanis said the bond helps broaden the capital structure and backs fleet expansion. The deal is aimed at Greek buyers and does not offer or register in the U.S. Seanergy runs a fleet of Capesize dry bulk ships and trades on NASDAQ as SHIP.
