Morocco’s fruit and vegetable exports reached €3.7 billion, with volumes up 120% and values fivefold higher since 2005, led by tomatoes and blueberries. Blueberry exports rose 15% year-on-year in 2024 to about 74,000 tons, earning over $500 million despite drought. Qatari Diar will invest $29.7 billion in a luxury project on Egypt’s North Coast, with the signing expected Thursday.
