Tesla stock slips after deliveries report; BYD takes EV crown as traders eye what’s next
Tesla shares fell 2.6% to $438.07 Friday after reporting fourth-quarter deliveries of 418,227 vehicles, missing analyst estimates. European registrations dropped sharply in December, with France down 66% and Sweden 71%, while Norway posted a record year. Tesla will report earnings Jan. 28. The next U.S. jobs report is due Jan. 9.
