Fortescue share price slips again: Jefferies cuts target as iron ore stays under pressure
Fortescue shares fell 0.5% to A$20.10 Tuesday, extending Monday’s 4.7% slide as iron ore prices dipped below US$100 a tonne. Jefferies cut its price target to A$17.20. BHP shares rose after posting a stronger-than-expected profit and higher dividend. Trading was thin across Asia due to Lunar New Year holidays.
