S&P Global stock rebounds into the weekend — analysts cut targets and SPGI’s next test looms
S&P Global shares climbed 3.1% to $409.54 Friday on heavy volume, still 29% below their 52-week high. Mizuho and BMO cut price targets this week but kept “Outperform” ratings. Director Joly Hubert bought 2,500 shares Feb. 11. The company reported Q4 revenue up 9% to $3.916 billion and forecast 2026 adjusted EPS of $19.40–$19.65.
