Keppel share price dips after SAF project plan with Aster; investors eye Feb 5 results
Keppel shares slipped 0.2% to S$11.00 in afternoon trading after announcing a plan with Aster to assess an ethanol-to-jet fuel plant on Jurong Island. The facility could produce up to 100,000 tonnes of sustainable aviation fuel a year. Singapore’s SAF blending mandate begins at 1% this year, rising to up to 5% by 2030. Keppel said the project will not materially affect earnings this year.
